BANAN Utility Buildings
The project comprises three main utility facilities, including multiple buildings. The scope includes a water tank area, a lifting station, and an irrigation tank with all the associated works for Phase 1, such as fences, gates, landscaping, internal roads, and all MEP equipment.

BANAN Fence & Gates
The Fence and Gates works include the construction and installation of the project boundary fence, main gates, service gates, and related structural and architectural elements. The scope covers survey, setting out, foundations, concrete works, steel and precast elements, architectural finishes, gate accessories, coordination with roads, landscape, utilities, and all required quality inspections to ensure a complete, safe, and durable fence and gate system. -
BANAN Sports Club
The Sports Club project includes the construction and development of a modern sports and leisure facility, including club buildings, sports courts, swimming pool areas, wellness and fitness facilities, F&B buildings, external works, roads, infrastructure, landscape, and related MEP systems. The scope covers engineering coordination, procurement, construction, finishing works, testing, and quality inspections to deliver a complete, functional, and high-quality sports club environment.
